This puppy has had a physical Health Exam done by our Veterinarian, and is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. All puppies are registered, unless otherwise stated and noted.

 

Most breeders require you go to your vet within 48 hours of receiving the puppy.  We do not require this because our vet does a health exam before they leave us.  You ARE required to get the puppy into your veterinarian no later than the date of the next Immunization Due Date (indicated on health record provided).  If you want fecal, bloodwork, or other testing to be done at the health certification the buyer must pay the extra expense for these tests to be done.   One thing we do require is that you DO NOT allow your puppy outside in common areas until they have had their 3rd parvo immunization at 12 weeks or age.  Parvo is rampant all over the nation and we want to make sure the puppy is completely protected before being taken outside.  If you take your puppy outside into common areas before the third vaccination, this warranty is VOID.   This includes when you pick them up at the airport, when flying.  Do not allow the puppy outside of their crate at anytime at the airport unless you are holding him/her.  Any vaccinations given before the next due date stated on the health record VOIDS this warranty.

 

If this puppy is found to have a significant genetic health problem and is unable to be medically treated, a refund will be given or replacement puppy provided. This will be determined by seller and buyer working together. To qualify for replacement or refund, you must provide verification from a licensed Veterinarian stating the issue and any treatments provided.  Return of the puppy  to the seller will be determined between seller and buyer.   You must provide a signed document from the veterinarian stating the problem. Registration papers given at the time of the sale must accompany the returning puppy. Seller reserves the right to require a second veterinary exam on return of the puppy before any replacement or refund is given.

 

In the unlikely event of this puppy's death, a statement from a veterinarian confirming such an event and cause of death as well as an autopsy, is required before any action will be taken by the breeder. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without breeder's knowledge and consent. All cost incurred are to be paid for by the buyer.

 

I do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore, I do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia information posted on website under Tips for a Happy Healthy Puppy), Coccidiosis, Giardia, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will not be responsible for Kennel Cough, Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 48 hours as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving seller or during shipping.

 

Seller is not responsible for any vet fees or medications incurred.

 

All purebred puppies are sold with Limited Registration unless Buyer purchases Full Registration. If the puppy you are purchasing is purebred he/she is registrable by puppy papers provided. Registration means only the registration club maintains information regarding the parentage and identity of this puppy, it does not guarantee the quality of health of the puppy and it does not guarantee quality lineage. Since dog pedigree registries depend in large part on the honesty and accuracy of persons registering dogs, registration does not guarantee the accuracy of the lineage recorded or that this puppy is pure bred. No registry guarantees conformation or health of a puppy.

 

All puppies are sold as pets only unless otherwise agreed upon.  No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility.

Deposits and final payment is to be made by prior arrangement.,  NO personal checks will be accepted at pickup of the puppy.
